- General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through SKY Heights. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review them before making a purchase.

- Product Representation
We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products. However, slight variations in color, shape, or appearance may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. If there is an error in product details or pricing, we will inform you as soon as possible, allowing you to confirm or cancel your order.

- Order Acknowledgment and Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is confirmed only when we send an email confirming that the product has been dispatched.

- Payment Methods
We accept:
- Bank Transfers
- Cash (On Self-Pickup)
Payments must be completed within three days of ordering, or the order may be canceled.

- Clearance of Dues
All dues, including but not limited to the product price, shipping charges, and any applicable insurance fees, must be cleared before the order is dispatched or delivered. If there are any outstanding payments at the time of dispatch, the order will be delayed or canceled until all dues are settled.

- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- No Return, No Refund: All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, no returns or refunds will be accepted unless explicitly stated in these terms.
- Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your order after it has been placed, any advance payments made will be forfeited as a waiver. This is a non-refundable deposit.

- Buyer’s Responsibility and License
By purchasing from SKY Heights, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that they have carefully considered the suitability of the machine(s) for their needs. The buyer accepts full responsibility for ensuring that the purchased machine is appropriate for their intended use. All liabilities regarding the usage of the machines rest with the buyer.

- Pre-Orders
- Lead Time: For pre-ordered items, the estimated lead time is 45-55 working days. Please note that this is an estimate, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Payment Terms: For pre-orders, a 75% advance payment is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 25% due before delivery.

Delivery Charges
Local delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs depend on the item’s weight and destination.
Ex-Stock Items
Ex-stock items will be delivered immediately upon full payment.
Shipping Liability
We use reputable courier services, such as TCS, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items. Shipping methods and delivery times may vary based on your location. However, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is dispatched, the risk of damage passes to the customer.
Import Restrictions
In cases where the import of a product is restricted by the Government of Pakistan, SKY Heights will not be responsible for any delays in delivery.

- Package Insurance
By default, all packages are not insured. If you wish to insure your parcel, please notify us before order processing. An additional 3% of the total order value will be charged for the insurance provided by the insurance company.
In case the package is lost or damaged, any claims will be processed according to the relevant courier company’s policies. SKY Heights does not take responsibility for any loss or damage to parcels unless the insurance option has been selected.
Packages Delivered by Riders
Packages delivered by riders are the customer’s responsibility once handed over to the rider. The company only facilitates the booking of a rider but does not take responsibility for any loss or damage to the package once it is with the rider.

- Returns and Replacements
Return Eligibility
- Apply for a return within 5 days of the date of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging, unused, with proof of purchase.
- No returns or exchanges are allowed if the item is altered, modified, or damaged due to misuse, liquid exposure, or voltage fluctuations.
- No return, no refund for pre-ordered items.
Replacement and Refunds
- If eligible, replacements will be processed upon receiving the returned item in good condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned item is inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective items or delivery errors by us.
Pre-Ordered Items
- Clients placing a pre-order must have the legal end-user documentation required for importing such products.

- Lost or Damaged Parcels
In cases where a parcel is lost in transit, a refund will be provided once the courier company confirms it as lost. If a product arrives damaged due to transit issues, please notify us within 24 hours to be eligible for a replacement.

- Self-Pickup Orders
For self-pickup orders, the buyer must inspect the items and machines before leaving the pickup location. Once the items are taken by the customer, no further claims or requests for damages will be accepted.

- Pricing and Taxes
- Price Changes: Prices may change due to fluctuations in the USD exchange rate.
- Taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Any taxes or duties imposed by local authorities will be the responsibility of the customer.
