Terms & Conditions for SKY Heights

Welcome to SKY Heights! We value your trust and are committed to providing you with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. By shopping with us on www.skylabs.pk, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. General Terms

These terms and conditions govern all purchases made through SKY Heights. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them before making a purchase.

  1. Product Representation

We strive to accurately describe and display our products. However, due to variations in lighting and screen settings, slight differences in color, shape, or appearance may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice. If there is an error in product details or pricing, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order.

  1. Order Acknowledgment and Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Please note that this is not an acceptance of your order. The order will be processed only after payment confirmation. Upon successful payment, we will dispatch your order. If there are any issues with your order, we will promptly notify you via phone or WhatsApp.

  1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfers
  • Cash (On Self-Pickup Only)

Payment must be completed within three days of placing the order; otherwise, the order may be canceled.

  1. Clearance of Dues

All dues, including product price, shipping charges, and applicable insurance fees, must be cleared before the order is dispatched or delivered. If there are any outstanding payments at the time of dispatch, the order will be delayed or canceled until all dues are settled.

  1. Buyer’s Responsibility and Licensing

By purchasing from SKY Heights, you acknowledge that you have carefully considered the suitability of the product(s) for your needs and have selected the appropriate item(s). The buyer is fully responsible for ensuring that the purchased product is appropriate for their intended use. All liabilities related to the use, maintenance, and operation of the product(s) lie solely with the buyer.

Additionally, the buyer affirms that they possess the necessary legal licenses or permits from the relevant government authorities required to purchase, own, and operate the product(s). SKY Heights is not responsible for any legal or regulatory issues the buyer may face regarding the product’s use or ownership.

  1. Pre-Orders

Lead Time:
For pre-ordered items, the estimated lead time is as follows:

  • By Sea: 45-60 working days
  • By Air: 15-25 working days

Please note that these are estimated lead times, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, shipping delays, or other logistical issues.

Order Preparation:
Preparation time for pre-ordered items may vary depending on the availability of the item, customization, or other factors. We will provide an estimated timeline at the time of booking, but this may change.

Clients placing a pre-order must have the legal documentation required to use the product(s).

  1. Order Fulfillment and Delivery Process

Self-Pickup:
Imported items may require inspection at our showroom. Customers can either collect their items directly or request videos/pictures before shipping. They can also suggest a preferred shipping method at their own risk.

Deliveries:
Local delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs depend on the item’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

When receiving the delivered items, ensure the product is undamaged and properly packed. If the box appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery. Contact the courier company immediately for assistance.

Shipping Liability:
For online orders, we record a video or take pictures of the product before shipping. After your approval, we will dispatch the order. Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, the liability for any damage or loss shifts to the customer. We use reputable courier services, such as TCS, for safe and timely delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Import Restrictions:
In case of any import restrictions imposed by the Government of Pakistan, SKY Heights is not responsible for any delivery delays.

Packages Delivered by Riders:
Packages delivered by riders are the customer’s responsibility once handed over to the rider. SKY Heights only facilitates booking the rider but does not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the package after it is with the rider.

  1. Package Insurance

All packages are shipped without insurance by default. If you wish to insure your parcel, please inform us before order processing. An additional, 3% of the total order value will be charged for insurance coverage. In case the package is lost or damaged, claims will be handled according to the courier company’s policies. SKY Heights is not liable for any loss or damage to packages during transit.

  1. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

We aim to provide the best shopping experience and excellent customer service. Please review our refund and return policy below:

Eligibility:
Returns are only acceptable within 48 hours from the date of purchase if the product is delivered incorrectly. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact. Returns or exchanges are not allowed if the item is altered, modified, or damaged due to misuse, liquid exposure, voltage fluctuations, or incorrect voltage mode selection. Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.

If the product has a faulty component, please contact us immediately for assistance with the manufacturer’s claim process. Accessories or gifts sent with the product are not covered for claims.

Certain products, such as consumables (e.g., filaments, resin), are non-refundable unless they remain unopened and in their original packaging.

Refund/Replacement Process & Inspection:
To start the refund or replacement process, please contact customer support at +92 324 4385218 with your order number, purchase details, and reason for the request. If the ordered product is unavailable, we will either offer a full refund or replace the incorrect item with the correct one.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. Refunds or replacements will only be approved if the item is in its original, unused condition without signs of damage, misuse, alterations, moisture or liquid exposure, or voltage issues. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned item is inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective items or delivery errors on our part.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

  1. Pricing and Taxes

Price Changes:
Prices may change due to factors such as fluctuations in the USD exchange rate, changes in customs duties and taxes, import restrictions, and supplier cost adjustments. Other factors that may influence pricing include changes in manufacturing costs, shipping fees, and market demand. While we strive to maintain consistent pricing, these external variables may lead to price adjustments without prior notice. We recommend checking current prices before making a purchase.

Taxes:
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. The customer is responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by government authorities, including VAT, GST, income tax, or other charges that may apply.

  1. Warranty & After-Sales Policy

Products with international warranties must be claimed directly through the manufacturer. Sky Heights will assist in the process but is not responsible for local warranty claims.
By default, Sky Heights provides 1 month of free after-sales service. Please note, workshops, training sessions, and on-site visits are not included in the after-sales services.
