Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange an exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • We do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind or purchasing error. Please ensure the accuracy of your order before completing the transaction.
  • Certain items, such as consumables or parts damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our team to request a return authorization.
  • Once approved, carefully package the item and send it back to us at the provided address.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Self-Pickup: Upon receiving your order at SKY Heights, it’s imperative to inspect the product for any breakage or manufacturing faults. Electronics components are sold as it is, we do not offer local warranties on imported products.
  • Doorstep Delivery: In the unlikely event of receiving a broken product or an incorrect item, before opening the package, please ensure to make a video recording of the unboxing process. This video documentation will assist us in processing your claim with the shipping provider if the shipment is insured. Please notify us within one day of receiving the product.

Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 25%-35% may apply for returns of opened or used items.

Approval of Return Warranty Claims:

We reserve the right to disapprove any return warranty claims under the following circumstances:

  • Item damage, alteration, or modification due to misuse, abuse, or attempted repair.
  • Damage due to liquid or moisture exposure, or voltage fluctuations/variation.

Payment Refund:

  • Payment refunds are processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • In case of lost/damage of an insured parcel, payment will be refunded once the courier company declares it as lost, with payment held during the tracking/investigation process.

Pre-Ordered Items:

  • Orders containing items imported on customer demand are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the processing of your return.
