Resin Printing Parameters & Mechanical Properties

1. The luminous intensity used for the curing time above is DLP:2mW/cm2、Mono LCD:1mW/cm2. If the Luminous intensity of the Color LCD is 1mW/cm2, the curing time is twice the curing time in the above table.
2. Curing times for the base layer are the time in the chart above times 5. If the adhesion of the platform is not enough, add more.
3. Light off delay 25 seconds, lifting distance 8mm, lifting speed 60mm/min, return speed 120mm/min

Characteristic

Post Processing

• Way to Clean

Use ethanol, acetone, or IPA to rinse the prints or rinse it with an ultrasonic bath for 2 minutes. Wash off the solvent with water afterward. If the resin still remains on the print, repeat the above process. Make sure there’s no water or solvent left on the print. Water Cleanable resin can be rinsed directly with water.

• Post Curing

Curing the printing objects with UV lights over 12W, wavelength shorter than 405nm on each side for 1 to 2 minutes.

• Notice

Do not soak in an organic solvent for more than 5 minutes before post-curing is completed to avoid defects.

Post-curing the print with UV light before heat curing to prevent defects.

The surface of the prints is vulnerable to scratches before post-curing. Be careful while wiping off the water or solvent on the surface. Remove the supports after post-curing.

• Safety Instruction

Wear gloves during the operation of resin.

During the curing process, the resin will release heat. Don’t let the resin cure your skin.
